Comfortable room, friendly staff, our stay included a lovely breakfast and convenient access to a mall just a five-minute walk away.

The design of the hotel was very different and interesting. The luxury items like the gowns, slippers, proper wine glasses, etc.
I handed in a long list of complaints to the hotel and those were the things I didn't like.

While the staff provided really good service and were very good too interact with my family, the gym facilities were lacking, offering only minimal equipment. The checkout process was not smooth, causing unnecessary delays. If you're visiting with children, this hotel is great for family stays.

I Thought that after charging nearly r2000 for a night, to charge r40 for parking was Not necessary. It should be part of the coat of stay.

The hotel look and feel is spectacular, enjoyed every moment being there.
the main problem being a guest is that the spa was fully booked, so unable to use that facilitly, which in itself is an attraction as well
